1. About Tymaura

Tymaura operates as a marketplace intermediary connecting event organisers with vendors. We are not a vendor ourselves and do not provide event services directly.

2. Commission

Tymaura charges a 12% platform fee on completed bookings, deducted from the vendor payout. This fee covers platform maintenance, payment processing, and customer support.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days before event: Full refund
  • 3–7 days before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before event: No refund (vendor keeps deposit)

4. No Circumvention

Users must not contact vendors directly to avoid platform commission. Doing so may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Dispute Resolution

Either party may raise a dispute through the platform. Our team will review disputes and aim to reach a fair resolution within 5 business days. Decisions are final.

6. Vendor Obligations

Vendors must provide accurate business information, hold appropriate insurance where required, and deliver services as described in their quotes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tymaura is not liable for the quality of services provided by vendors. We facilitate connections and payments but do not guarantee vendor performance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
